WEEE info
Waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health if not collected selectively.
Considering the provisions of GEO 195/2005 - regarding the protection of the environment, GEO 78/2000 - regarding the waste regime, based on the provisions of art. 10 of GD 448/2005, on waste electrical and electronic equipment, which will take into account the following:
- the collection of this waste (WEEE) will be carried out through selective collection points made available to producers to the local public administration authorities who have the obligation, according to art.5 paragraph 1 of GD 448/2005, to collect WEEE separately from households and to make available the choices of the spaces necessary for the establishment of the WEEE collection points.
According to art.11 of GEO no.5 of 16.04.2015, when providing a new product, upon request of the buyer, S.C. Datasoft S.R.L. (All Audio) takes over WEEE (Electrical and Electronic Waste) in a "one-to-one" system, free of charge, under the same conditions as the delivery of the new product, if the equipment is of an equivalent type and has performed the same functions as the new equipment provided.
The symbol indicating that the electrical and electronic equipment is the subject of a separate collection is a barred wheeled bin with two X-shaped lines, as in the image below.

This icon indicates that WEEE must not be mixed with household waste and that it is subject to selective collection.
