We will try to resolve the issue amicably. If this is not possible, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). ANPC can assist you in solving the problem, if it is a case regulated by the legislation on consumer protection.

Any error belonging to DATASOFT SRL (All Audio - Bose in Romania) will be remedied as soon as possible after the notification by phone or in writing by e-mail.
